Leaked renders suggest Nord-branded earbuds; and a new OnePlus phone later this year

The OnePlus 10 Pro is already available for users in China, and the company is expected to bring it to international markets sometime in March. OnePlus could also add another new handset to its ‘numbered series phones’ (i.e., OnePlus 9, OnePlus 8) following the global launch of 10 Pro, according to serial leaker Yogesh Brar.

Brar also claims the new handset is codenamed ‘Oscar’ and is ready to go official in the second quarter of 2022, meaning it could launch anytime between April and June. Although not backed by the leaker, 91mobiles speculates that ‘Oscar’ could be the regular OnePlus 10.

In another leak, 91mobiles and OnLeaks have shared renders of what they claimed to be the first Nord-branded truly wireless earbuds (TWS). The renders show the earbuds in premium-looking black and golden design. The charging case also features a black color design with the OnePlus branding on top of it.

It's worth noting that the leaked renders are based on "final prototyping stage units," so the final product may or may not look a bit different than what the renders suggest.

As for the features, the Nord-branded earbuds are expected to have Active Noise Cancellation and low latency for gaming. However, we still remain in the dark about whether the earbuds support wireless charging.

Given that Nord-branded devices are mid-rangers, the Nord earbuds could also belong to the same mid-range price category. The Nord earbuds are expected to go official later this year.
