Microsoft pushes out another Siri bashing commercial, Dot View case takes the cake

Microsoft has released another commercial that puts Siri against Cortana and this time around, it's the HTC One M8 with Windows Phone and the Dot View case taking charge and making fun of Siri.

Microsoft has released a couple of new commercials ahead of the holiday season and their latest spot is another Cortana versus Siri advertisement. This time around, the HTC One M8 with Windows Phone is front and center along with the Dot View case.

Like all of the other commercials, this one shows how the HTC device with Cortana is superior to the iPhone. The commercial focuses around how you can use the Dot View case along with Cortana to access your phone even with the case closed. As the commercial shows, this is not possible with an iPhone.

Of course, the commercial does leave out the fact that the Dot View case was first available on the Android version of the HTC One M8 and works with Google Now as well.

We suspect that these commercials will likely have little impact as Apple has shown that its devices will sell millions no matter the competition, but it is still good to see Microsoft playing hardball.
