Microsoft's Surface Dock 2 is already 22% off on Amazon

While the product was only announced a little over a month ago, Amazon is already offering a solid discount for anyone that's looking to get their hands on Microsoft's Surface Dock 2.

Last month along with a larger Surface announcement, Microsoft announced the Surface Dock 2. While the product retails for $259.99, Amazon is already offering some heavy discounts. You can get it for 22% off at the price of $201.95.

One of the biggest improvements over the previous generation's Surface Dock is the addition of USB Type-C. The Surface Dock 2 now has four USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C ports, along with two USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-A ports. On top of that, there's an Ethernet port and a 3.5mm audio jack. It still connects via a Surface Connect port, so it will work with any modern Surface device.

Some other Surface accessories are getting some hefty discounts as well. The Surface Pen is up to 27% off depending on the color you choose (Platinum, Ice Blue, or Poppy Red), coming in at around $73. The Surface Pro X Slim Pen is $107.50, a 26% discount over its normal price of $144.99.

Finally, Type Covers are being discounted. The Surface Go Signature Type Cover is up to 23% off at around $100, and the Surface Pro X Keyboard is 24% off at $106.08.
