Electronic Arts announced yesterday that Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2 has officially gone gold for the PlayStation 2, GameCube and Xbox, and will hit stores October 1. Hot Pursuit 2 looks to surpass the original fun-filled title with over 22 exclusive, licensed cars and 20 new tracks to lay rubber on. The PC version will also be available October 21.
