Well again we have had server issues to deal with, the news script crapped out on us and we had problems on the forums yesterday.
I want to express a disappointment at a small group of people that are trying to smear the names of me Redmak and the Neowin site in general. A number of times we have been linked to a porn site by websites that are not affiliated with Neowin and members that joined up for the purpose to make that accusation. This is my final say on the matter. we are not connected to that site we neither own, administer or run it. IF we did it's still none of anyones business. but we don't.
What Redmak or I do outside of Neowin is nobody's business, just like I have no business questioning my staff & mods of their activities in life outside Neowin or members for that matter. It does not concern me or you. So back off !!
I also want to make clear that if members continue this a ban will follow, this also goes for members who continue to post personal details of this admin on the forums. We do not deserve this at all. I see this as victimization, and "hounding" we won't tolerate this.
I can't speak for other sites but I can't help feeling that we are being punished for being successful & giving to a large community. As we have explained before we don't ask you for money and we don't even have an ad revenue but we damn well deserve it! We don't make a dime off Neowin, our hard work of 2 years. Some people are just jealous of this. It is also becoming clear to me that I have to watch what I say too because certain members also have taken it upon themselves to report my opinions to any organization they can, denying me my right of opinion on my site. great LOL
The only thing I am sorry for is that Neowin is now a major player and its creators are victimized by others for this.
