Windows 7 launched last week and we held a little launch party with some other Windows bloggers. At that time we gave away a total of 12 copies to some lucky people in New York City. You can see a video of the lucky winners below.
Not everyone lives in New York though so this time around we are giving away a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate to one lucky winner no matter where you are in the world.
It's simple to enter, just do the following:

- We will announce the lucky winner tomorrow at 14:00 GMT
