Word from IGN is that Ninja Gaiden version 1.1 is on the way. Downloadable over Xbox Live, Ninja Gaiden 1.1 is set to be huge, not only in its popularity, but also in the download size. Here's a brief list of what's to be included in 1.1:

As far as specifics go, the new enemies and bosses will be added onto the existing stages (no new stages will be added in 1.1). There will be 3 new weapons; the one that's already been revealed is a Bo (staff). The AI will be beefed up even more, lowering players' chances of survival even further. The game itself will be sped up a hair, which is a tad mind boggling. Most importantly, though, a new camera system will be implemented. Even a tertiary glance at the first release of game revealed a camera that was often far less than functional. Players will now have full 360 degree control of the camera, along with promises that the camera will be smarter overall.
