Nintendo teases Super Smash Bros. coming to the Switch

Nintendo had quite a banner year in 2017 with its Switch console, and by the looks of it, seems determined to keep things rolling in 2018. The firm teased a glimpse of Super Smash Bros. for Switch.

The first year anniversary of the Nintendo Switch just passed and while the firm had an impressive first year, its sophomore outing will put the console through a true test. While there was a pretty meager offering lined up for 2018 in terms of first-party titles, things have now changed, as Nintendo has now delivered a potent Direct presentation that offers some insight of what's to come.

During its presentation, Nintendo showed off Mario Tennis Aces, along with a new expansion coming for Splatoon 2 dubbed the Octo Expansion, along with a new game called Octopath Traveler. But as part of a surprise reveal, Nintendo saved the best for last, giving a very short teaser of Super Smash Bros.

While there isn't much shown in the video, the new title will most likely feature Mario and Link, as their silhouettes can be seen, along with others that have previously been featured in past Smash Bros. titles. Naturally, we will most likely hear more about this game at this year's E3.
