Last month, OnePlus teased a new product that would be launching in April. Like clockwork, OnePlus has delivered on their promise and unveiled the DR-1, an affordable drone.
Although this is clearly a April Fools' Day joke, unlike other companies, OnePlus has actually followed through and will offer the DR-1 as an actual product that is ready to ship. If you choose to purchase the tiny palm-sized DR-1 drone, it will cost you a reasonable $19.99 USD.
Naturally, the DR-1 will most likely not be as impressive as other drones, but it will offer a bit of flying fun for those that opt to purchase it. Now that OnePlus has revealed their April Fools' joke to the world, we can only hope that they will properly unveil a new product soon in the form of the OnePlus Two. The OnePlus Two is expected to arrive soon and will be the successor to last year's OnePlus One.
The OnePlus DR-1 is available directly from the OnePlus website and will retail for $19.99.
