Found this info whilst browsing DSLReports (or BroadbandReports)...

A wonderfully glorious age has come to an end unfortunately. Proxomitron will no longer be developed, according to Prox-List.

Versions 4.4 and the newest 4.5 are and forever will be available for download at ComputerCops.biz.
