Samsung is opening a new Experience Store in Palo Alto

Samsung is gearing up for the holiday season with a brand new Samsung Experience Store opening up in the United States. The store will be opening in the Stanford Shopping Center in Palo Alto, California, and it will be the fourth store of its kind in the U.S. - joining the Houston, Long Island, and Los Angeles locations.

Like other Samsung Experience Stores, this will be one of the best places where Samsung fans can experience the company's latest products. For instance, Samsung Experience Stores are one of the few locations where you can get the special Star Wars edition of the Galaxy Note10+, and seeing as the store will be opening on December 12, one day before that phone is released, it's likely you'll be able to buy it from there.

Customers can also get dedicated support from on-site experts at the Experience Stores, be it with setting up a new device or getting repairs for an existing one. Additionally, the new Palo Alto location will be offering dedicated assistance for medium and small businesses, helping them set up new business devices and accounts, as well as services like Samsung Knox.

Finally, Samsung says its experts will be ready to answer customers' questions about 5G and it will impact their lives, which is probably relevant seeing as both the Galaxy S10 and Note10 families have 5G variants. You can learn more about Samsung Experience Stores here.
