Seasons Greetings from Neowin.net

As the holiday season is upon us and it is Christmas day for many across the world, we would like to take this opportunity to thank all our readers for their continued support.

2008 has been a new and exciting year for technology as a whole and Neowin. We launched our "Finity" site design in October. The Finity design was built on the back of ideas and proposals from our registered members & MVC group, with design proposals (image mock's) by Jason Kelley, XHTML 1.0 Strict HTML coding & CSS mark up by Tim Kimberl, javascript by Rob Wright, PHP (back end) code by Marcel Klum, with Steven Parker leading the team.

With the new Finity design we started a switch from copy and pasting news to writing news and original content. We hope that you agree this switch is evident and that the news has benefited because of this.

In 2009 we will be looking to cover as many events as possible. 2009 looks set to be an exciting year in technology with the beta of Windows 7 on the horizon and release later in the year. The year will kick start with both MacWorld and CES. We have opted to cover CES this year due to the sheer amount of companies that demonstrate new products there. Stay tuned for some great coverage from our team in January.

We look forward to continuing our commitment in providing our readers with the most up to date news, reviews, and site content going forward in 2009.

On behalf of everyone here at Neowin.net, have a joyous, safe and happy holiday.
