Oops... RC2 was bad (did not apply styles properly, TGTSoft apologizes).

Fixes RC2's error of that it does not apply styles properly.

Works for users that are not administrators.
Solves (pressed) (hotchecked) state textcolors for prog menu and task band.
Places test.msstyles in proper location. Fixed some registration problems

StyleBuilder allows you to build your own Windows XP styles to use in conjunction with Style XP. Style XP converts XML-based themes made in StyleBuilder into Microsoft's format, which is natively read by Windows XP.
