Mozilla has announced that Canadian Firefox users will see DNS-over-HTTPS be enabled by default from July 20. The rollout will be fully complete by September but it may be enabled for you earlier.

Comcast has become the first ISP to join Mozilla's Trusted Recursive Resolver program which aims to make DNS more secure. As part of the program, Mozilla earlier rolled out DNS over HTTPS in the U.S.
Mozilla has announced its rollout of DNS over HTTPS by default on Firefox installs located in the United States. It is exploring bringing this as a default option to other regions too.
