A new version of reCAPTCHA will assign site visitors a risk score and allow site admins to take custom actions based on that score. It's expected to improve user experience while fighting off bots.
Google has released the Android API of its reCAPTCHA technology, so developers can implement security services for users on mobile devices, and provide them with a streamlined user experience.
It appears that Google is finally killing off CAPTCHA in text and the checkbox saying "I'm not a robot" for legitimate users, instead using "a broad range of cues that distinguish humans from bots".
