While TikTok's fate remains uncertain, self-publishing platform Substack has introduced a scrollable video feed feature in its app.
Substack links can be retweeted, replied to, and liked once again by users on Twitter posts. However, searching for "Substack" on Twitter still returns results for "newsletter" instead.
Twitter has not given an official explanation for blocking links from the Substack service, but one of the writers of the "Twitter Files" claims it's because of the new Twitter-like Substack Notes.
