Microsoft has revealed that it will not be retiring the Live Events feature in Teams on September 30 as originally planned. It also announced new functions for the Team Town Hall feature.
The new Town Halls feature in Microsoft Teams will be able to host as many as 20,000 people at once and will replace the Live Events feature, as it will be retired on September 30, 2024.
