The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe edition announced with new choices and endings

The 2013 surreal hit The Stanley Parable showed back up during The Game Awards today with a new trailer announcing a new edition that will also come to consoles. However, this won't be just a regular old re-release, as the Ultra Deluxe edition will have brand new content. See the humorous new trailer up above.

The new version will come packed with the original game as well as new endings, paths, and more content that's "roughly half the length of the script from the original game," according to the official website's FAQ.

It's not exactly clear if PC players who already own the original will get this as a free update or it will require purchasing, as the studio says it's "trying to find a way to make the original Stanley Parable and Ultra Deluxe both separately accessible."

In any case, Stanley and The Narrator will be returning to their usual shenanigans sometime in 2019 for both PC and consoles with The Stanley Parable Ultra Deluxe edition. At this stage, specific consoles have yet to be mentioned.
