The unlocked Alcatel IDOL 4S with Windows 10 is back down to $169

Alcatel unveiled the IDOL 4S with Windows 10 over a year ago, and there hasn't been a flagship Windows phone since. T-Mobile ended sales of the handset in April, but the Microsoft Store has continued to sell an unlocked model, at increasing discounts.

In August, the price settled at $199, a solid discount from the original price of $470. For this month though, you can grab one for just $169.

The IDOL 4S with Windows 10 includes a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB RAM, and 64GB of storage. It has a 5.5-inch 1080p AMOLED display, along with a 21MP rear camera. It even comes with a virtual reality headset, making it one of the only Windows phones to even support VR in any real way.

If you've been looking for a new Windows phone but you don't want to spend a lot of money on it, now is your chance. The sale will run until January 3, 2018, and you can find the device on the Microsoft Store here.
