Microsoft confirmed earlier today that Train Simulator 2.0 for PC has been cancelled. The game, which was being handled by Microsoft after UK-based Kuju handed over development responsibilities last year, had been scheduled for a July 2004 release.
Hopefully Microsoft will be able to reallocate the resources for the title and focus on cooking up something else for simulation fans. Only time will tell.
