Ubisoft and LucasArts announced the development Star Wars Trilogy: Apprentice of the Force for the Game Boy Advance. The game follows Luke Skywalker's adventures from his start as a farm boy on Tatooine to Jedi Knight, bringing back the memorable moments in the Star Wars Trilogy movies. In addition to single player, Apprentice of the Force will have multiplayer modes, the specifics of which are unknown.
"Star Wars is a great franchise for videogames, being such an exciting, moving and rich universe," commented Florence Alibert, marketing director at Ubisoft. "We are excited to have the 'best of' Star Wars on the Game Boy Advance with Star Wars Trilogy: Apprentice of the Force. For every movie fan aged 5 to 50, it will be the perfect gift and a 'must-have' for this Christmas season."
