Around this time last year, Ubisoft gave away a free Holiday Pack in its tactical shooter title Rainbow Six Siege containing a random operator. Now, Ubisoft has renewed the promotion for 2019 as well, with another operator being up for grabs to everyone.
In the Alpha Packs section of Siege, players across PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 will now find a special Holiday 2019 Pack waiting for them. Opening it will reward players with a single operator they don't already own yet from Year 1, 2, 3, or 4 seasonal updates. This offer includes the Indian and Kenyan operators that landed just last month.
However, if a player with all of the operators already unlocked opens the Holiday 2019 Pack, they will instead get a couple of exclusive holiday festivities-themed cosmetics for the shield operator Montagne. It seems the 25,000 Renown bonus from last year isn't returning though.
It's unclear when will the packs stop being distributed, so we recommend jumping into the game and claiming the free operator (or the cosmetics bundle) as soon as possible. If the promotion doesn't appear at first, restarting the game should fix the issue.
