Just when you thought the HardOCP lawsuit saga couldn't get any more interesting, up pops another company that is unhappy with Kyle Bennett's brand of net news. Tero Sarkkinen, Executive vice President of Sales and Marketing at Futuremark, is quoted on HardOCP as telling Bennett to take down all false and unjustified claims about 3DMark. When asked what exact claims he was referring to, Tero is quoted as saying "You know what I mean". Guv'nor. He closes by telling the hard-talking Texan that "Our attorney is looking that [sic] this situation" and "Will contact you if necessary".
