Following the earlier leak of Microsoft's Windows 2000 SP4 Preview Build (4.027), to IRC the popular IRC channel and website Winbeta.org have posted that latest SP4 preview build 4.036, weighing in about ~110MB, has leaked and is currently doing the rounds on IRC.
This beta has yet to get started for the official testers some of which were notified of participation as long ago as November 2002. Constant changes in what Microsoft may and may not include in its Windows 2000 and XP versions we think have hampered a swift start while new features, a decision on Java VM and a completed public beta build have yet to make Betaplace.com. We'll keep you informed when the beta does finally start, for now Windows 2000 users proceed with caution if you must install a leaked beta.
