Windows XP Tips Updated

Thanks Milhouse and Mira who both sent emails that Paul Thurrotts SuperSite for Windows - "Windows XP Tips" has been updated.

As the dust from the holiday season settles, many people find themselves exploring the possibilities of their new Windows XP systems.
