Microsoft has released a new preview version for Skype Insiders. Those testing early updates for Microsoft's messenger can download version 220.127.116.113 with several improvements and much-needed changes.
For starters, Microsoft continues providing support for users from Ukraine. Now, every Skype customer can make free phone calls to Ukraine from any platform. Skype no longer requires a subscription or Skype Credit for calling landline or mobile numbers.
Also, Skype Translation is now available in more languages. If you do not understand Ukrainian but want to offer kind words of support, use Skype to translate calls from and to the Ukrainian language.
Finally, the latest Skype preview version adds "Support Ukraine" emoticons. They include heart, handshake, and prayer emojis colored in Ukrainian national colors.
Microsoft also notes that the company provides practical support for Ukrainians using various non-profit organizations. You can find a list of those organizations on the Skype Home Page.
Other changes in Skype 18.104.22.1683 include Google Play In-App billing system support. Skype users on Android now can buy Skype Credit, Skype Number, and Skype subscriptions using the native Google Play In-App payment system. Also, the latest Skype update fixes bugs and improves overall stability.
Microsoft rolls out updates for Skype gradually, which means it may take a few days for the latest version to reach your devices. If you do not see the newest changes, try updating Skype in a day or two. You can learn more about Skype 22.214.171.1243 in a post on the official Microsoft Community forum.
