Per THR, the project has received a script order and will be produced by CBS TV Studios. The changes made to the reboot pilot, written by Mike Mariano (Raising Hope, My Name Is Earl), reflect how the family television landscape has evolved since the original series was on television. Carol Brady was intended to be a divorcee in the original show, but the creator’s intention was nixed by the network (taboo!) and her first marriage went unmentioned.

Another major change being made for the update is that the former spouses of the titular Bradys will still very much be part of their lives. The project is still only in the script stage, and there’s no guarantee that it’ll move forward to a pilot order, but this is a high profile property so I’m sure CBS will do everything they can to get it in tip-top condition. As a fan of the purity of the original and—to a greater extent—the camp and ridiculousness of the 1990s feature films, I’m interested to see what 2012’s version of The Brady Bunch looks like. Bryan Singer is attempting a similar feat with his NBC reboot of the classic series The Munsters.

Awaiting reboots of Little House on the Prairie, Mcguyver, and The Dukes of Hazard(I don't consider the recent movie a remake).

That one is so old now, it will probably get a remake too! (But still star Patrick Duffy.)

not that i care nor watch the show but it's NOT a remake. it takes place many years later with their children. some of the orginal cast playing the same characters are in the show, hence not a remake.
