After Nvidia, AMD RX 9070 series cards are starting to touch MSRP as well

Nvidia, and now AMD Radeon GPUs are also getting to MSRP. The RX 9070 is available right now for $550. Grab the deal before it's gone.

Nvidia's desktop GeForce GPUs have dropped in price and currently they are great deals worth considering. For example, we have several RTX 5090s that are under their $2500 MSRP as well as a RTX 5070 that is well below $550 MSRP.

Speaking of the 5070, if you want something of the similar class but with more than 12GB VRAM then AMD's RX 9070 is a great option too. The Sapphire Pulse model is right now available at its MSRP of $550 (purchase link under the specs table down below).

The card is built on AMD’s RDNA 4 architecture and pairs that with Sapphire’s own cooling approach. The Free Flow system uses a fin module designed to reduce turbulence and direct airflow more efficiently, while the AeroCurve axial fan blades aim to maintain low noise at a wider range of speeds. Besides those, Sapphire employs the Honeywell PTM7950 Thermal Interface Material (TIM) as the contact paste between the GPU chip and the heatsink for maximum heat transfer.

We reviewed this particular variant so you can take a look at that as well in order to get a better idea of the performance (gaming// AI).
