Back in 2023, Google introduced the Pixel Fold to the world, its first foldable smartphone, which combined the familiar experience of a Pixel phone with that of a tablet-style display. One of the key highlights of the Pixel Fold is obviously its dual-screen experience. When closed, users can run common smartphone tasks such as messaging, browsing, and calling through the external display. Google at the time optimized several apps for the larger display, for allowing users to run two apps side-by-side, drag and drop files between apps, and switch quickly using a dynamic taskbar. The foldable form factor also supports “tabletop mode,” enabling hands-free video viewing and photography.

The Pixel Fold is powered by Google’s in-house Tensor G2 chip; it's fairly efficient so battery life should be okay. On the camera side, the phone includes capabilities such as Super Res Zoom with 5x optical zoom, Night Sight, Real Tone, and 10-bit HDR video. On that note, photography tools like Magic Eraser and Photo Unblur are also there.
