You did a great job of subtly improving Element. The new start menu is drool worthy. Those dark blue shades make it one of the most eye pleasing start menus I've ever seen. I think I might know what the problem is with the Java control panel. It's nothing to do with the uxtheme.dll patch but rather the version of Windows XP. I have SP1 running at home and everything shows up perfect (with the buttons). The SP2 at work have no buttons whatsoever. So I am guessing it must be something that changed in SP2 that caused this.
