My opinion's on the game so far (from the leak);

Campaign: Seem's slow and boring, just like MW2/BO's campaign's, not fun like CoD4's. They tried todo too much, and failed.

MP: Plays exactly like MW2, nothing more needs to me said (it sucks, to anyone who liked CoD4).

Survival Mode: A slow and boring version of Zombies, that isn't fun and exiting (mystery box, perks, pack-a-punch), just slow and repetative.

Overall, all I can say is the game is slow, repetitive and boring :/ Much like MW2/BO.

P.S: Also, the security of the game is terrible.. Within 1 hour I had 10th Prestige and set custom dvar's. I won't be releasing the method on how because I don't want to be responsible for making another MW2, but I'm sure there are loads of other douchbags that will :/

if that's the case with MP, i like it. cause i love MW2 MP. not treyarchs... ever. and that's hilarious that the glitches are still there. i'm sure they will fix them or reset everyone stats on release day.

Weird. Aside from hit detection, I thought Black Ops had the best MP since COD4.

i effin hated it. terribly unbalanced and the maps sucked IMO. I hadn't been so addicted to a CoD MP since CoD2 came out. I loved MW2 MP.

Not yet, not until the 8th!

it's leaked bro.

no one found it cheaper anywhere online? 60 dollars is such a STUPID price for a PC game...

Its possible to grab a Russian steam key for 20 euro.

Not sure what will be the deal with the language though, whether its multi or not.

Considering hit detection is the most important thing in an FPS, I find it hard to rank Black Ops better than any game that beats it in that category...from a purely MP standpoint, of course.

what really? where? would that work on a canadian steam account?

They'll give you a legit key.

You'll activate it on steam and download it digitally through steam.

That's all.

And if it isn't multi-language, they will give you instructions on how to change it to English

Some friends of mine brought BF3 like that, for only 23 Euros and now are enjoying the game.

Have you done this before? I might actually take up on this sort of offer after Black Friday (assuming nothing good comes from this Black Friday).

I haven't but I have seen about 10-12 of my friends who bought BF3 and all of them are rocking it. (Y)

i'd do it with bf3 no problem, im scared of my steam account getting banned if i do something like that. wayyyyyyyyyyy to many games on my account.

Nothing to be scared of.

Me and my friends have ordered 25 keys, of MW3

Its just like you are buying digitally from steam, only difference being that it isn't steam from which you are getting the key.

I, too, was afraid of this at first. But when I read about hundreds of positive comments and testimonies, I went ahead and bought it and I am happy.

You don't have to worry about anything since it'll be a legit key.

Anyone here in the UK pre-order from GAME? I pre-ordered my brother's copy yesterday, and just checking my emails, I got the dispatch email at exactly midnight. Looks like it's coming early then. :) I didn't realise GAME had actually improved their delivery times; gone from 3-5 business days (Second Class) to 2 business days (the tail-end of First Class, so sometimes even just one day). And they've even thrown in a few extras; a mini strategy guide, an avatar outfit and theme on the 360, and double XP for four hours.

I'm obviously gonna play through the campaign when I can. Not sure if I'll touch the multiplayer though. :p

I'd like to pre-order the Hardened edition online, but can't find anywhere to do it. Is this something i'll have to do in store? I'd like to get it from game and use up some of the reward points i've accumulated but can't find anywhere to add the hardened edition to my basket. I can add the normal edition though.

    • The current Statcoungter desktop numbers has Google Chrome increasing it's market share this past year and currently commanding 75% share. Everybody else is just making up the numbers with even MS Edge losing 3% this past year and has dipped just below 10% share which is staggering considering it's default on every Windows deviced purchased. If these numbers are correct that terrible Edge number is both devastating and embarrassing for MS especially when you add in the terribly low Bing market share. This leads me to ask a couple of questions as the default browser holding just less than 10% market share seems really weird. It used to be that all Chromium browsers were being counted as Google Chrome in some cases.  Is this still happening? Do these high Google Chrome numbers contains some Edge user numbers?
    • Yeah, all web browsers seem to have some junk in them these days. The regular Brave browser has a lot of unnecessary stuff in it, similar to Microsoft Edge, so I don't see any benefits of using Brave over Microsoft Edge if you already have Microsoft Edge fully set up with adblockers and that. The cleanest or best free browser outside of 'Microsoft Edge' I’ve tried so far is 'Opera Air'. It still has some bloat, but nowhere near as much as Brave browser, for example. I also really like the web browser called 'Floorp' that is based on Firefox. I have a system wide Adblocking program for Windows 11 that doesn't just blocks ads in the the web browser, but over the whole thing. I don't really need a web browser with an inbuilt adblocker because of that.
