sounds like a better "PC" game then bf3 is bragging they got :)

Sounds to me like they're trying to have a **** measuring contest. Notice how the article specifically talks about how the pc version will supposedly have all the features that are "missing" from BF3? Considering BC2 now is nothing like BC2 was when it first launched, I don't think it's a fair comparison to well..compare them at all, at this point.

all you can do is compare of what out there. BF3 devloppers are the immature ones saying how COD is **** and talking about how they are going to own them in sales... if anything, this ****ing contest was started by DICE by talking crap as where the activision guys are trying to win it by talking about themselves.

The gameplay? Just check the trailers for Modern Warfare 1, 2, and Black Ops and you'll see the gameplay. It's exactly the same! Yay, how original!

i like the gamplay. why fix what isn't broke? and besides, can't judge it until you have played it...

just fix the balancing, it was terrible in black ops...

Oh, but I've played it several times already. Why fix what isn't broke? Well...charging me $60 for the same game over and over isn't exactly nice, now is it?

I thought Black Ops was far better than Modern Warfare 2, at least in the multiplayer department. At least they gave us dedicated servers...

that is true. and yeah 60 bucks a year sucks but i do it every year with sports game so meh. sports game rarely change drastically year after year, but they usually do enough for me to get a retarded amount of hours out of it playing with friends. same with CoD and bf3 whenever it comes to steam when i pick it up. not saying i'm not going to buy BF3, just not yet.

We're talking single player here. At least that's what I thought.

That's fine by me if you feel it's worth purchasing. That's what it comes down to...spending your money on something you enjoy.

The only reason I said something in the first place is because some of your posts came off as attacks towards BF3 and praise towards MW3 in the inappropriate thread (CoD praise in the BF3 thread, and vice versa).

Are you sure the guys who are giving their opinion on those things are playing a legit version of the game? To be playing a legit version of the game the store they bought it from would have had to break street date by 3 or 4 days and I don't see that happening.

I'm more interested in how those people got to play the game so many days in advance than in what they're saying about the game. Not that we can talk about that, so I don't ask.

it's leaked for 360... the leak for 360 is the same version people will be buying. so yes, i am sure they are cause i know the retail for 360 has leaked. and yeah, we can talk about leaked games...

last two DICE games EA/DICE have been talking about how they are going to dethrone CoD as the king of online FPS (did it with BC2 and MoH) and failed miserably at it. and they have continued to do it with this game.

I don't like that anyone talks dirty about the competition. The game should be doing the talking. BC2 started off rough but ended up a pretty great game, MoH sucked.

It's all completely irrelevant really. My main thing was that I was questioning why we were discussing the single player so...passionately....when we all know that's not why we buy these games. At least not the main reason. (for most people)

I get that. Not many singleplayer campaigns really have that "wow" factor anymore, and the Battlefield series was never known for it.

To be fair DICE is only responsible for half of MoH. Also to be fair, that half was still bad. :rofl:

Because until BF3 (most don't consider BC2 a true battlefield game) the battlefield series never had a single player.

      Personally, I think these things are way over rated and way over priced, even at this price. I recently had Frontier Fiber installed with 2 of these devices and although they worked, I switched back to my own router and AP setup and get way better consistency on wireless speed than with Eeros. Wired speed seems to be more consistent also. Will be returning Eeros soon. I had told Frontier I didn't want them to begin with.

      Yes, exactly what I have been thinking. Don't make the context menu simpler, make it smarter to learn what I actually use. And then, give me the ability to pin settings that I rarely use but need forget where they are.
