I was told that as well.

The stores said they found out at 11.30am that they were going on sale.

Began at 2 and were sold out in 45 minutes on average. FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK

Yep, sorry mate. I'm told Harvey Norman stores were sold out within 90 minutes. I managed to pick up 6 with some mates that came along, lol.

Thats not bad at all actually! I might do the same :)

In fact I have just ordered one too. It will cost around ?120 with shipping I think! Lets hope they dont go on sale for ?100 in the UK!!

Worst comes to the worst Im either getting a bargain or losing about ?20. Not the end of the world :cool:

?99 over there. So far, only Harvey Norman's dropped the price, and they're already sold out. PC World and Currys will be dropping the price tomorrow, but they warned that stocks are low, and they won't allow you to reserve one, so you'll have to be quick.

So I ordred mine from BN.com last night and got the confirmation email... I checked the status and it's supposed to ship Wednesday. We'll see what happens.

Im surprised it's taking Amazon retailers so long to drop the prices... maybe they're still getting enough people to buy it? "Oh $250 isn't bad." ?

Even at $99 I don't care to buy a tablet that has been discontinued. You guys rock. :D

Makes a good gift? :p
