I have a penis. Hence, I am a man. If you don't have a penis, then you're not a man. Period. Likewise, if you have a vagina, you are a woman. If you don't have a vagina, then you're not a woman. This is disregarding any body modifications, cancer, or whatever, because they still had/have the gender's reproductive organs and so are that gender and nothing else.

Basically, you are what you are born with.
