I am pure heterosexual. I believe homosexuality to be something.....(sigh)..I was going to sugar coat it.....but homosexuality is wrong.

I am straight myself and not trying to start something, but what in your opinion makes it wrong, and who in your opinion is to decide whether things like these are right or wrong?

oooohhh do i have a funny story...

so today, i went to Great Clips and got a haircut...now, i knew this dude was flaming... i mean, flaming. great guy though.

so when im done paying, he hands me my receipt and is like "hey, dont forget this"... it was a card on the counter... im like "ok, thanks, have a good Christmas" and walked out... didnt think anything of it b/c they always give $2 off coupons for your next visit... well, tonight i look at it again, i was about to throw it out and did a double take... turns out it was his cell phone number lol

im kinda flattered... he was in his late 20s and im only 21 haha :D

it's only wrong b/c of religion.. people grow up based on that and thats why closed minded people make their decisions. simple as that.

a?sex?u?al Audio pronunciation of "asexual" ( P ) Pronunciation Key (-sksh-l)

adj.

1. Having no evident sex or sex organs; sexless.

2. Relating to, produced by, or involving reproduction that occurs without the union of male and female gametes, as in binary fission or budding.

3. Lacking interest in or desire for sex.

where do you get off calling someone close minded? Seems to me that someone with such a narrow view as that is being rather hypocritical. ;)) the opposite of open minded which you obvisously are professing to be.

Why is it that homosexuals feel the need to start crap like this thread on neowin? Do you people in your insecurity feel the need to bash others or defend what you believe or do? Just be happy with who you are and that people have differing views. That's being open minded.

I was expecting you to stalk post....you must be insecure in your homosexuality that you feel the need to go after anyone in opposition to your views.

Get a life stop harrassing others for their views.

I didn't mean to 'stalk' but I didn't know that you posted here before I did, and I only asked you a question to get your side of the story, there was no other intention in my post.

Sorry for asking

I was referring your posting after anyone posting their opinion, and using an accusitory/attacking type of replying. Read my previous post, for more understanding.

Ok, I'm going to apologize again.

I assure you that I had no intention of attacking or harrassing you. I guess I just sound hostile sometimes when I post, but in this particular thread I went out of my way to avoid sounding like that.

When you say that "homosexuality is wrong" on a forum, how could you not expect someone to ask you to clarify what you mean? That was all I was asking, why do you think it's wrong, etc. My own views are not so much due to security or insecurity with sexuality but if that's the way you want to see it then ok. To me it just seems like you are the one being hostile to me in this thread when I had no history with you.

Again I'm sorry for trying to discuss it with you. God forbid such a thing in a forum of all places.

wow, this turned into a flame session. allthough the topic start probably saw it coming.

I am straigt. And i have nothing against gay people, allthough i really dont like seeing 2 men making out in the park, but its a fact of life that i have except, those 2 people love each other and thats good enuff for me.

I belive that what most religons preach is ignorance, not only of homosexuality but of other things to, ie condeming people to hell, even if they are a better person then you are, they still go to hell for beliving in another divine power. but thats a whole nother issue now isnt it.

call me ignorant for not accepting religon, but god offers me nothing more then the inforcement of basic rules of socity imposed by peoples fear of what happens after death. i say, aslong as you live your life as a good person, and say there is a heaven and hell, god cannot pass judgment cause he gave everyone freedom of choise and mine is to not belive.

Looks like there's only one gay in the village!

The condition of being uneducated, unaware, or uninformed---IGNORANCE.

(dictionary.com)

Religons, as you put it hardly teach people ignorance, the condition of being uneducated, unaware, or uniformed. Hardly the case, many "religous" people are quite educated, quite aware, and usually informed.

You are entitled to your views as are other people are entitled to theirs.

ok, i agree w/ that you said... i guess im being close minded by saying that.. basically im just trying to get my point across that people say that b/c of the morals they grew up w/... and usually those morals are based on culture and religion.

Apparently you don't agree with my belief, that's OK. I fail to see what confusion there is in my posting "homosexuality is wrong". It's pretty straight forward.

585156973[/snapback]

No confusion, your position is obviously too weak to withstand any questioning, (as is common with these things) but it is your position to take, and I respect that. Keep your mind closed

audiosheine you have basically said exactly what my opinion is on this subject

    • Windows 11 version 26H2 is now available for testing in the latest preview build by Taras Buria Friday Windows 11 preview builds are here. Insiders in the Experimental (formerly Dev) and Beta Channel can download builds 26300.8697 and 26220.8690. There are no new features, but Microsoft is officially moving the Experimental Channel to version 26H2. In addition, Microsoft is improving the copy dialog in File Explorer, the Start menu reliability, and fixing virtualization issues. Here is the changelog: [General] With today’s build, Windows Insiders in the Experimental channel will see the versioning updated under Settings > System > About (and winver) to version 26H2. For more information, see the Windows Insiders blog. [File Explorer] We’ve improved the visual consistency and reliability of the Copy dialog in Dark mode, including its launch experience and the expanded progress view. [Start menu] - Also available in Beta Improved reliability of Start menu reflecting newly installed or removed apps without requiring sign-out or restart. [Taskbar] Fixed an issue for Insiders using the new smaller taskbar option, where the system tray might get cut off or pushed off screen. [Settings] - Also available in Beta Improved reliability of Settings > Apps > Startup. [Virtualization] - Also available in Beta This update addresses an issue that could result in bugchecks citing HYPERVISOR_ERROR (0x20001) and KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (0x1E) errors after installing the latest flights on some devices during system restarts, virtual machine operations, or while running some gaming applications. You can find the official changelog for the Experimental build here and for the Beta build here.
    • I've always preferred this possibility. There is something that feels good about the idea that all matter in the universe will eventually come back together and maybe even result in another big bang. The idea that the universe would fizzle out over the eons and forever drift apart is a little depressing. I realize it is not logical to let a basic human desire for life to have a grand everlasting meaning change the way I feel about a scientific theory, but I am human, so that is how I feel :-).
    • Windoze 11 could finally go to hell, instead of making me savor yet another error I've never had. "Bad Pool Caller" or whatever TF cryptic crap0la message it is. Adding salt to injury, it says something along these lines (on the blank black screen after it hard stops): "Your windoze needs to restart. You can restart." NO WAY SHERLOCK. The PEECEE, look, it's *blocked*, I can do jack sh1t with it as it is and you say that it needs to restart? Further, that I can restart? What am I supposed to do, take a herbal bath? Sudo a sandwich? Timewaster pile of useless slop and errors, coded by monkeys and force-fed on us by a pedo-founded corporation, that's all there is to it. Now, let's have a fun weekend trying to handle the error, which after a quick internet check can basically be due to EVERYTHING, from memory faults to drivers to motherboard issues. Thanks M$.
    • Zen Browser 1.21.3b by Razvan Serea Zen Browser is a privacy-focused, open-source web browser built on Mozilla Firefox, offering users a secure and customizable browsing experience. It emphasizes privacy by blocking trackers, ads, and ensuring your data isn't collected. With Zen Mods, users can enhance their browser experience with various customization options, including features like split views and vertical tabs. The browser is designed for efficiency, providing fast browsing speeds and a lightweight interface. Zen Browser prioritizes user control over the browsing experience, offering a minimal yet powerful alternative to traditional web browsers while keeping your online activity private. Zen Browser’s DRM limitation Zen Browser currently lacks support for DRM-protected content, meaning streaming services like Netflix and HBO Max are inaccessible. This is due to the absence of a Widevine license, which requires significant costs and is financially unfeasible for the developer. Additionally, applying for this license would require Zen to be part of a larger company, similar to Mozilla or Brave. Therefore, DRM-protected media won't be supported in Zen Browser for the foreseeable future. Zen Browser offers features that improve user experience, privacy, and customization: Privacy-Focused: Blocks trackers and minimizes data collection. Automatic Updates: Keeps the browser updated with security patches. Zen Mods: Customizable themes and layouts. Workspaces: Organize tabs into different workspaces. Compact Mode: Maximizes screen space by minimizing UI elements. Zen Glance: Quick website previews. Split Views: View multiple tabs in the same window. Sidebar: Access bookmarks and tools quickly. Vertical Tabs: Manage tabs vertically. Container Tabs: Separate browsing sessions. Fast Profile Switcher: Switch between profiles easily. Tab Folders: Organize tabs into folders. Customizable UI: Personalize browser interface. Security Features: Inherits Firefox’s robust security. Fast Performance: Lightweight and optimized for speed. Zen Mods Customization: Deep customization with mods. Quick Access: Easy access to favorite websites. Open Source: Built on Mozilla Firefox with community collaboration. Community-Driven: Active development and feedback from users. GitHub Repository: Contribute and review the source code. Zen Browser 1.21.3b changelog: New Features Updated to Firefox 152.0.1 Fixes Fixed transparency not working after updating to 1.21.2b (#14259) Fixed frequent crashes affecting users with Intel Raptor Lake processors Fixed an issue on macOS where choosing a PDF option, such as "Save as PDF", from the system print dialog would send the job to your printer instead of saving a file.
