Seriously, wth with these leaks? After seeing EA's presentation I felt they gave up. It was uninspiring, as if they were presenting a PPT at college. All the delight they wanted to save for us was killed by the uncontrolled amount of leaks!

This sucks. There is no reason to watch E3 if there are no special surprises coming up.  Where is the delight?! Even if I try to refrain myself from spoilers all the news site, including Gamespot have the leaked version of the new Microsoft console.

Maybe the companies should do a better job at controlling their "secrets".

Heard from a friend that Microsoft, Apple and Elon Musk are partnering up and will announce a revolutionary product..."game changer" doesn't even describe it accurately.  Believe that will be on the 16th.  :shiftyninja:

There is no point E3 anymore it better for companies to announce there product when they are ready to ship rather then years before hand.  Also retailers who are the show was originally designed for are that important.  I think long run E3 will die.  Better to do seperate events for individual companies.

Quake Champions features a roster of unique characters, each with their own distinctive abilities, allowing you to fight the way you want.

Way to ###### on a franchise Bethesda.

All in all a fairly underwhelming showing.

Maybe I just missed it but did they say anything about the Skyrim remaster on pc? Are we getting the upgraded engine too? And if so are they going force us to buy it again? Because to me this should be a free upgrade for anyone who already owns the game.

I think PC was/is listed as well, so it's not console only.  As far as buying it again, I'd say odds are you probably have to, I don't know.  I'm not interested in the game though so I haven't been keeping up with it too much, my info could be off.

I loved to see all the emotion and every game that was going to come up so I could start building some hype. It was about expecting the next cool game.

last time I remember being impressed with an event was all the reveals at the Video Game Awards.  And I'm not even sure if I watched it, heh.

E3 used to be the thing, but now it's between E3, PAX, TGS, VGA, Gamescom, and some dev specific events.

I agree, not sure if this has been happening more and more recently but this year I've at least noticed that there seems to be videos and articles about whats happening at E3 to the point there seems to be very little reason to actually follow it.

Ha with you there, I made the same comment in one of the E3 topics.

Yes it may not hold the same excitement it did years back, but there's not denying that there are still a large number of announcements made and footage released. I started watching the EA one last night and after seeing they didn't really show anything new on Titanfall besides that leaked trailer I switched off.

    • Weekend PC Game Deals: Resident Evil, Mafia, Like a Dragon, and more by Pulasthi Ariyasinghe Weekend PC Game Deals is where the hottest gaming deals from all over the internet are gathered into one place every week for your consumption. So kick back, relax, and hold on to your wallets. The Epic concluded its mystery giveaways this week with another double freebie promotion. As a part of this, you can now grab Rogue Waters and Songs of Conquest to keep. Songs of Conquest is a turn-based 4X strategy game where you'll be managing a kingdom, making tough decisions, and taking down enemy forces in tactical combat. Meanwhile, Rogue Waters is a roguelike where, as a pirate captain, you command a ship and crew through procedurally generated encounters. The double giveaway is coming to an end on June 11. On the same day, Warhammer 40K Speed Freeks will join in as the next freebie. Another Humble Choice offer was revealed earlier this week, bringing a refreshed eight-game selection to jump into. The June selection is Octopath Traveler 2, The Riftbreaker, Life is Strange: Double Exposure, INDIKA, Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector, Construction Simulator, Hell Clock, and Overlooting to keep as Steam keys. The $15 bundle gives you all eight games from this month's Choice selection. The month-long promotion will come to an end on July 6, giving you ample time to decide on whether you want the titles. The Humble Store also brought in standard gaming collections this week. The IGN Live Bundle kicked things off with games like Control, Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew, Blair Witch, Rollerdrome, and The Last Campfire for $10. At the same time, the We Will Always be Here bundle carried in titles like Bad End Theater, Thirsty Suitors, Vampire Therapist, and Tavern Talk for $12. Next, the 2K Sports Champions Bundle comes touting games like NBA 2K26, PGA TOUR 2K25, OlliOlli World Rad Edition, and TopSpin 2K25 with a hefty $25 price tag. • Exciting! It’s amazing how hearing Japanese can naturally enhance the perceived quality of any experience or product.
    • Your other comment in another article says otherwise, namely "Microsoft veteran wants to replace every single line of C/C++ code with Rust and AI".
    • Sued and... exonerated. Oh, they learned a lesson alright. They learned that anyone who uses the word "antiturst" in conjunction with "Microsoft" is an idiot, even if that person is Judge Thomas Penfield Jackson. That judge ruined the image of the US justice system. Microsoft Edge has a 5.14% market share. Also, Windows is no longer the #1 OS. None of this constitutes a monopoly. Google Chrome, however, has 70.25% share. Also, Google's Android is the #1 OS. Now that's closer to a monopoly.
