well if i get a cancellation email, im throwing the legal threats. i found my states law website and am going to be quoting it out the you know what.

I just called them they are cancelling everyones order it was a mistake on their behalf.

They don't have to sell it to you for that price, we've been through this many times with Amazon, Fujitsu. Everyone can quote whatever law they want to but you won't get your HD for the price on the page :)

oh yea btw they said that all the prices and orders would be fixed by the end of the day so i guess that if you still havent been canceled you are getting one at that price

If they catch it BEFORE they ship it out, then they can cancel it. If you get the product and they bill your card, then I believe you can fight them if they try to charge the full price.

As Cream said earlier, this has happened many times. UBid does not have to sell you the drives at those prices. They will more than likely cancel the orders, and there really isn't anything that can be done about it. That is why they have those disclaimers on their site that state they are not responsible for typographical errors.
