It would be nice if it had a drop shadow, don?t really have a pref on font or style I will leave that up to you. I gave it a shot myself but couldn't seem to get the font centered it would jump to the top or bottom. All it is, is a circle with Bevel and Emboss layer style on it with a rough textured effect. Then What they did was with the pen tool draw over half the side of the circle getting it as accurate as possible. (Which I didn't!) Then made it a different colour. Must use background color and size of attached image. 584x141 Pixels Should be in .jpg format. I can pm you the link to the site its going on to make sure it matches if you want.
