Would you rather have been convicted of whatever it was you were arrested for so you would know for certain that it would show up?

 

Arrests don't mean a thing if you aren't convicted.  OK, if you keep getting arrested for the same thing, then it is going to look fishing but getting arrested once won't metter.

If your arrest was truly expunged, it will not show up on any background check unless you are attempting to apply for work with the government, or the company you choose uses a dod type background.

 

How do I know? I was convicted of a felony when I was 20, did the classes and it was expunged. I have been working at a Hospital for the last 9 years and had no such issues during their background check.

Dear Lord. I have a CCW permit. I was also arrested in the past and spent 9 months on probation. I wasn’t even a minor at the time. I cut a deal that kept the charges off my record. You weren’t even convicted, nor was I (per my deal). 
 

Don’t you think something like a CCW background check, which required me to send my fingerprints in (as I also was fingerprinted during arrest) would have pulled something up?  

If you can’t see the light after this, there is no hope for you whatsoever.

Ok and I did some diversion program. It doesn't count as a conviction and you don't have to even plead guilty, but so what? Is that suppose to make things better? Anyways don't believe me you can look it up it's called pre trial intervention.

Do it then, or not.  People have you great advice. Not much anyone can add now. As you never even try to go deeper on the advice and instead come back to you own point.

 

No wonder people are starting to bring up therapy.
