did you even read my guide ??

Step 1: In the PearPC config file set prom_env_machargs = "-s" for single user mode

Step 2: Go to the line pci_ide0_slave_installed = 0 and change that 0 to 1

thats what my guide says. and look at your config file ..

pci_ide0_slave_installed = 0

you have to boot from the CD image to fix this problem. :sleep:

This is all I think the project needs now.

A linux distro that includes everything you need for pearpc and after it is all configured, it boots to OSx automatically.

Wouldn't that rock? It would be nearly dual booting OSX and XP (Or whatever other operating systeme you use)

@Rudy: After Stefan was hit by the train (*snif*) the developpers worked on... They released PearPC 0.3.1 some weeks ago. On pearPc.net you find Releases of PPC 0.4pre, which are very nice (Native CD-ROM Support/Sound Support) and the 0.4pre works a good bit faster than the official 0.3.1...

And now we are waiting fpr 0.4 :-)

Ok guys, i need some help here. I am new to running Pearpc so I used the program PearPC Control Panel to create a config file and to get PearPC up and running. It seems to be working alright untill a gray screen with the apple logo appears with a spinning circle and this one line keeps repeating in the log window. Any ideas?
