Was the moon landing faked ? I think so

Recommended Posts

the only argument for it being fake, and i mean only, is the amount of radiation they'd be exposed to. and well, they have suits for that kind of thing

Did you see the kinds of suits they wore? It was like having a thin layer of tin foil over you. I've seen pictures of their "space suits" and seen documentaries with scientists literally laughing about the fact that if these astronauts had gone through a radiation belt, with those suits on, they would have died instantaneously.

P.S. The russians still say it is impossible even today. Why not do it again? Anyone???

I am a believer that it was faked. If anyone has ever watched that one video that was on like ABC or NBC or whatever awhile ago, I believe what was documented on that video. Just what they explained and into detail too, just makes me think it was fake. It is one of those things that will probably never be revealed as being faked, but oh man, I would love to be alive that day if it ever happens :p

To non believers, it is your own opinion to believe it or not, if someone can provide the video, unless it has been mentioned in this thread, I recommend if you have time to spear to watch this, that you do. Or of course, just go read websites online as I see many links in here anyhow.

I think it still happened. I saw the "documentary" on the conspiracy and had doubts, but then I also looked at the replies given after (like the site soppychunk refers to) and came to the conclusion that it really did happen.

Of course, it was the Cold War, and there could have been other staged stuff to drive the point home (as mentioned by nealwainwright) BUT I still believe man landed on the moon.

As for doing it again, well when there is economic incentive to do it, it will happen again. NASA for now would rather focus on Mars and other projects.

I know, it seems this topic comes back from time to time :)

It seems some people can't accept that humans could go to the moon.

It is not that they can't, just in 1969, I do not think we did. And I only had replied since I saw it was recently replied to today, that is all.

You are nothing but a bunch of liberal democrats.

(LOL!)

If people think this is fake and there are a lot of people who think NASA as a ploy to beat the space race campaign... trumped this up

We have the most powerful telescope in the world up in space the Hubble telescope why don't NASA point this to the Moon and show the looner landing pod is till on the Moon this will rid all suspicions forever and prove beyond reasonable doubt it was no fake...

Funny thing I heard a while back....While Republicans believe that they are right, Democrats toy with the idea they may be wrong. I would rather give it a chance than to later be known as ignorant.

(Bush-WMD)

And I agree if the landing pod is in fact still there please put an end to all the conspiracies and take a picture, the only reason I can tell that is good enough for why they have not is perhaps there is no picture to take.

I am not sure if it is true or not but I will not simply ignore what seems to be valid arguments.

"Talk sense to a fool and he calls you foolish." - Euripides

This yet another example of how we are daily manipulated by our rulers.

I think this so caled 'moon landing' was actaully a Hollywood movie production.

What is, isn't and what isn't, is

Tell us what you think.

Some other cover-ups are exposed here:

http://cpscrimes.tripod.com/infowars.htm

hon, it was real...i was there. the moon is covered in green cheese and there are little moonmen wearing tutus running around. the martians use the moon as a weekend getaway. there is a colony of venusians on the dark side. a joint exploration team made up of martians and moonmen recently left to colonize pluto.

get over it

Cause there are people out there that will say that photo is faked, done up in photoshop.

No matter what you tell some people, they keep thinking something else, even if your right

e.g. "Im right cause i said i was, if you dont belive me your just not open-minded"

Good Excuse.

True, although it is getting increasingly harder to fake photos being so many experts in the field, even for NASA.

I would suspect that some people, like you say, would just keep on thinking what they have and just say it is a fake. But for others it might change their mind.....It is not an all or nothing request, even if it was proven to not be a fake some would still not believe....some defence on NASA's part is all people are asking. But since they haven't one starts to wonder why?

foto's or video's proofs nothing.

in this time is the technisian so good, that they can you everything believe what they want.

even 'your' own eyes can see something that isn't true/there.

back to optic: i do not know, i wasn't even on earth when this happend.

I"ve never been to the moon therefore the moon doesn't even exist. Its just a colossus mind control satellite placed in orbit by the US and European governments to make us believe we landed on it and believe all the other conspiracies!...

GO ME I'M DEFYING THE GOVERNMENT..

pfft ;)

The Moon Landing was real for the simple facts that are:

a) Faking it would just be stupid, it would obviiousely come out one day.

b) The USSR never called us on it. They had the technology to know wether or not we went and I guarantee you they were watching in 1969. Believe you me if we didn't go they would have been the first ones to call us on it.

c) They have pieces of the moon back on earth.

d) You're all gullible because you question everything, even the obviousely true, in your blind quest to make yourself unignorent, but while doing so refuse to believe even the obviousely true. You're like the opposite of a lemming. Imagine a bunch of Lemmings telling you not to try and play with a lion, but you, not believing them because after all they're lemmings, decide to go against the majority and play with the lion and get eaten. That's what this reminds me of.

I love lemmings. They are so cute.

    • Simple answer is yes, you will still get the Windows updates and as long as browser is up to date, you will be good. Only thing secure boot does is protect you against boot level threats and make it harder to install other OS's. I've been looking into this pretty thoroughly lately myself as wifes computer has secure boot disabled plus my other, older computers that run Linux, don't have secure boot enabled. Have seen all kinds of questions about this on the Linux Mint and MX Linux forums. Just don't suddenly enable secure boot now.

    • AltSendme 0.4.1 by Razvan Serea AltSendme is a minimal, cross-platform application designed for fast, secure, and private peer-to-peer file transfers. It allows users to send files or entire directories directly between devices without relying on cloud servers, accounts, or any personal information. Everything is encrypted end-to-end using modern protocols like QUIC and TLS 1.3, ensuring both strong security and low-latency performance. Transfers are verified with BLAKE3 for data integrity, and interrupted downloads automatically resume, making the experience reliable even on unstable connections. You can transfer anything—images, videos, documents, and more. Integrity checks are performed on both ends, so your files are automatically verified for correctness during both sending and receiving. AltSendme works seamlessly across local networks or long-distance links, capable of saturating multi-gigabit connections for extremely fast delivery. With built-in NAT traversal and encrypted relay fallback, it connects devices almost anywhere. The app integrates with the Sendme CLI and will soon support mobile and web platforms. Fully free and open-source, AltSendme offers a lightweight, privacy-first alternative to traditional cloud-based services, removing size limits, upload costs, and unnecessary data exposure. AltSendme 0.4.1 changelog: Release Highlights Self-hosted relays: Run your own iroh relay so transfers don't rely on public infrastructure. Includes a full deployment template in deploy/relay/ with Docker Compose for a VPS and configuration examples for production use. Fly.io support: One-click deploy template for Fly.io, including a quick-start config (fly.dev.toml) for testing without a custom domain, plus production setup with Let's Encrypt and your own hostname. Relay settings UI: New Settings → Network panel to choose how AltSendme connects: automatic public relays, custom self-hosted URLs (with optional auth token), or disabled. Test connections, verify latency, and see live relay status in the footer. Disable relays: Turn off relay servers entirely when you only need same-network transfers (e.g. LAN). Direct connections only. No relay hop required when devices can reach each other. Android graduates from beta: Android is now part of the regular release cycle alongside desktop. APKs ship with each version (universal, arm64, and armv7). Other improvements Private relay access control via shared auth token Relay fallback notifications when a custom relay is unreachable Broadcast mode toggle in sharing settings Android release build fixes (split-per-ABI APKs, universal APK preservation) UI polish: mobile safe-area insets, dropzone layout, transfer progress animation Bug fixes for minification-related serialization issues and system tray icon loading What's Changed feat(relay): add relay status functionality and settings UI (a120cdf) feat(relay): implement custom relay server configuration and verification (51276c7) feat(relay): add configuration for private relay access and enhance observability features (48fbabf) feat(relay): enhance relay URL validation, display connection status (d4fffa0) feat(relay): add RelayChangeGuard component and enhance relay-related translations (16ba514) feat(broadcast): add toggle setting for broadcast mode in sharing UI (ca6d977) fix(relay): correct QUIC discovery port, pin image, templatize fly.dev (52a2ba5) fix: More broken serialization due to minification (67491a9) fix(android): preserve true universal APK across per-ABI builds (e9f256f) fix(ui): conditional safe-area insets padding on mobile (1182f0e) refactor(transfer): CircularRing component animation fix (944572b) chore(android): drop x86 and x86_64 release APKs, keep universal+arm64+armv7 (34ada0b) Download: AltSendme 0.4.1 | ARM64 | ~9.0 MB (Open Source) Download: AltSendme for MacOS | Android Links: AltSendme Home Page | GitHub | Screenshot Get alerted to all of our Software updates on Twitter at @NeowinSoftware
    • You are mostly right about the ephemeral nature of it. As I mention in the article, if you dont add a second device or take a backup of your account before uninstalling it, then yes you will lose access to your account. That said, in terms of actual user experience when you sync multiple devices your message history carries across and there's also a Saved Messages chat like there is on Telegram to send messages and attachments between your installs. But yh, what you point out are correct and its not trying to emulate Messenger or Telegram.
