Yeah, my code works the same. If you click the stars (under the artist name) accordingly, it should rate the file, and store it (if you set it up) in the .txt file.

No, if i move the mouse on the stars, they colors up, but if i click on them, nothing appens, like if the rating couuld not be saved... :(

Did you set the storage method for the custom info plugin? Preferences -> Tools -> Custom Info -> Storage Method selection: Text file (fb2k\custominfo.txt) then click switch.

Still cant find some kind of drop-down playlist solution. I dont really like the tabs.
