Neowin,

Over the past few months, myself (JMann) and Chorpeac have been working on a new graphics request system for Neowin, called Neorequest. This system has been designed to provide a lot more organised and simplier system to request graphics. My job on Neorequest was to provide the skins and to make the graphics on Neorequest look very good and also to make the system simple so users dont get confused or stuck when using it. Chorpeac was the guy who codes the whole thing together and makes all work together and has done a brilliant job bringing it all together and it has worked perfectly, so without further talk, myself and Chorpeac present Neorequest Graphics Request System. We've cleaned the forum up; if you looked a little more carefully you'll notice we added the fonts thread by means of a link to the top of the forum.

i cant login it returns this error:

Ah, well, this could be a fault on the neowin server but should be back up by now. (Y) Ive checked it and its working ok again. Because it is a MYSQL fault on Neowins side the reason is Redmak was re-moved and splitting the HTML and MYSQL to improve neowins performance and while moving you tried to login causing the error cause the MYSQL entrie couldnt find the database on Neowin because its been moved. Simple as that. Check this out for more info on the Server Testing Redmak was doing:

edit: on another point i dont think haveing the ms.NET buttons for show and hid is realy aporopriate, beacase it dosnt go with the style of the site an it is in way linked of associated with Microsoft

Please... if someone could post the windows flag (either Longhorn Styleeee or the normal) which has a transparent background (and yes, the larger the better!) i'd be really grateful. Hoping to get some nice boot-screens, logon screens and wallpapers from it...

(I've tried the ones that are at the top of the neowin forums of 'Windows Beta' and 'XP Support', but they have white edge-bits which when I try and delete, it's all very rough.... no, I'm not too advanced at Photoshop).
