"Lost" TV Show - Currently Season 2 (US aired)

its better than Survivor in every way....its not fake in the sence that you know people will die because they are fighting for their lives.....not for a million....

plus the Polar Bear....hehe, and god the Plane ripping appart.....was just fantastically done, better than some movies, and let alone other tv, the realistic looking to it was just great....I mean did you see it RIP appart?!?!?!.....I was like OH ****!!!, and finding out the girl was/is some sort of criminal.....damn......and im waiting for the critter(i say dinosuar, if you look for my previous topic on it) to get fat hippie boy.....16 years!!! 16 years something transimitting distress call, and no one has come to save them on that island, while they crash just hours/days ago and even with plane tracked in air, no one comming?....sounds like the Island is Forbidden, and no one is allowed to go there or come back type of thing.....

Yea, something wacky sure is going on there. I like the twists and all but I get so frustrated having to wait week after week for it to come to resolution. I guess I'm just used to watching movies where I know I'll have my answers by the end of it. But still, the show is great....very entertaining and exciting. If you haven't watched it yet or missed it by accident then this Saturday night ABC is playing both episodes back to back so that you can catch up!

I watched episodes 1 and 2 this morning and it looks like a promising/good/great series (Y) in my opinion at least.

I like the twists as well, like the ending of episode 2 with the girl, I was in shock. For whom which the handcuffs really belong to, now I am curious as what she did! unless they said it, maybe I missed that :D

Now to wait till wednesday :(

No, they haven't said what she did yet. I'm interested in knowing as well. I'm going to rewatch it this saturday. Apparently, the comic book the kid was reading had a polar bear attacking a man....then later on we see the polar bear on the island! Pretty wild!

Yea, it does have a polar bear in it, I was like WHOA! after re-watching it, since my mom wanted to see it, and I wanted to see if anything more was said about the girl.. in the plane (prisioner)...

From what was said with the US Marshall, "you look worried, I'd be worried too if I was you, but you've got to stay positive kiddo, there is always that off chance they will believe your story, I know I sure do."

Yeah that distress call for 16 years? that is a little too farfetched, better be something good though.

The stuff they were saying in French on the radio was not really as the girl translated. it was rather saying: "it is outside, they are all dead, please help us". And then "If anyone hears this,I'll try to reach the black rock".

The farmer turned her in for $23000 in reward money. So as he was driving her to the train station, the Federal Agent pulled up behind him them and she figured out what had happened. So she forced the farmer to drive off the road and wreck the car. Then she saves the farmers life and gets arrested.

    • Microsoft's fast coding model MAI-Code-1-Flash comes to Copilot Business and Enterprise by Karthik Mudaliar Microsoft’s recently announced MAI-Code-1-Flash model is now generally available to GitHub Copilot Business and Copilot Enterprise customers. With this support, organizations can have more centralized policy controls and billing while finally being able to use Microsoft’s lightweight, first-party coding model. According to GitHub’s announcement, Business and Enterprise plan administrators must enable the MAI-Code-1-Flash policy in Copilot settings before developers can access the model. Microsoft says that MAI-Code-1-Flash is for fast, iterative coding work rather than the most demanding architectural or debugging tasks. GitHub’s official model comparison page says that the model is great for "general-purpose coding and writing," while it excels at fast, accurate code completions and explanations Microsoft introduced MAI-Code-1-Flash on June 2 as part of a broader collection of internally developed MAI models. GitHub subsequently expanded support to Copilot CLI, the Copilot cloud agent, GitHub.com chat, GitHub Mobile, Visual Studio, JetBrains IDEs, Eclipse, and Xcode, but said support for managed Business and Enterprise customers was still on the way. In Microsoft’s own benchmark testing, MAI-Code-1-Flash scored 51.2% on SWE-Bench Pro, compared with 35.2% for Anthropic’s Claude Haiku 4.5. Microsoft also claimed that the model used up to 60% fewer tokens on SWE-Bench Verified. Do note that these are vendor-run results rather than independent measurements. The model is billed at provider list pricing under GitHub’s usage-based system. GitHub currently lists MAI-Code-1-Flash at $0.75 per million input tokens, $0.075 per million cached input tokens, and $4.50 per million output tokens. For organizations, the main incentive to use MAI-Code-1-Flash is likely to be efficiency rather than maximum capability. A smaller model that responds quickly and limits unnecessary output is quite useful for repetitive agent tasks at scale, especially after GitHub Copilot’s move toward usage-based billing. The "Flash" model is recommended for fast work and not necessarily for huge repositories with loads of context. It's better if teams compare their output with other larger models, especially if they're working on security-sensitive changes and complex, multi-file work.
    • yes AND no the "original" or plain/normal Optiplex 7010 won't be getting any more new firmware updates BUT the Optiplex SFF/SFF Plus {small form factor}, Micro/Micro Plus & Tower/Tower Plus 7010 editions DO get new updates such as this new one   and here are similar guides from the Dell web site for Dell systems: https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000390990/secure-boot-transition-faq https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000347876/microsoft-2011-secure-boot-certificate-expiration
