Hi guys, I'm almost a level 14 Paladin. Relatively new to the guild on Steamwheedle Cartel server. I'm looking for a guild that is helpful to newer players, as well as active and mature. If anyone can help out I would appreciate it!

If your okay with coming to Bronzebeard, I can toss you an invite to Blood of the Ancients.

The guild I run.. :) .

Oh and Ding .. 63.

I think tomorrow I'm going to work my keister off on fishing.

I haven't done it in a while, and it sounds like a good time waster.

By the way, if anyone cares..

Here's my new, and final .. toon.

My DK.

My 70's havn't really even seen out of the starting area of North Rend, my time being spent on my DK Armory

Ding.. 64.

I got an epically rare blue drop today in Zangarmarsh.

Thought about selling them for 150 gold:

Gauntlets of the Skullsplitter

Binds when equipped

Plate

619 Armor

+31 Strength

+18 Agility

Durability: 45 / 45

Requires Level 64

Equip: Improves hit rating by 12

Darn shame they were so much better than what I was wearing.. oh well.

Started running heroics. First up was CoT: Strat going for the shield. Did first 4 easily, got to the last part with Arthas who was buggin out causing us to fail. :(

Then did Nexus. Destroyed that had, http://www.wowhead.com/?item=44312 , drop in the middle of run. So I'm set until Naxx for shoulders. Then started Violet Hold, had problems on second boss (crystal's didn't work on him), but other than that ****-poor easy.

Thinking about making a group on heroic clear up to final boss, wipe and keep doing the place for rep. As you keep getting rep and it goes by quick.

My guild beat the other contenders for "best on the server" to a horsemen kill by about an hour.

We both had to give up without doing abomination wing: they didn't have the healers for it,

and we have too many re-rollers (not enough sunwell loot) to meet the dps/heal/tank requirements.

10-man nax should be cleared mid week, and 25 man this weekend: Most of the guild is >75

on their mains about 15-20 are 80 now.

Lol, I bought the expansion day of release, installed it, logged into my 70 hunter, went to Northrend, killed one of those beetles off the shore, ganked a 71 horde, explored a little, got bored 15 minutes later, logged off, went to the store, bought Warhammer:Age of Reckoning, installed that, created a witch hunter, killed a few things, got bored of that in 30 minutes, then downloaded the Vanguard: Saga of Heroes Trial, and went to sleep.

Hopefully, tonight I'll be able to try out Vanguard and enjoy it. I don't want to be paying for 3 MMO's, lol so hopefully I can choose one.

    • Waymo recalls self-driving software after cars enter closed freeway work zones by Paul Hill Waymo, the self-driving car maker owned by Alphabet – the parent company of Google –, has recalled some of its fifth-generation Automated Driving Systems (ADS). It did so after some of its cars drove through closed construction zones. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the affected vehicles were capable of driving through a closed freeway construction zone and continuing to drive at speed. The listing on the NHTSA website says that Waymo is currently developing a solution to fix this issue, but in the meantime, freeway driving is being restricted. Waymo will update its ADS software so that vehicles can detect when they can avoid entering construction zones. According to the Safety Recall Report, on April 20, 2026, Waymo’s Field Safety Committee began meetings reviewing an event from April 11, 2026, and five events from April 19, 2026, where Waymo’s autonomous vehicles didn’t recognize and drove past ramp closure signs into the pre-planned freeway construction zones. This took place in Phoenix, Arizona. Separately, on May 18, 2026, seven Waymo vehicles entered freeway lanes with active construction in the San Francisco Bay Area by driving between cones that were placed to show the lane was closed. On the back of both of these events, Waymo restricted freeway driving until it could address the issue. In June, Waymo’s Safety Board reviewed the issue and additional information related to ADS performances around construction zones; then, as a result, it decided to conduct a recall. This development is not good for Waymo as it adds to a growing list of technical hiccups its cars have experienced. Ultimately, it will lead to more scrutiny from lawmakers around the world who will be more cautious about letting autonomous vehicles on their roads without tighter regulation. For readers in areas where Waymo operates, does this news make you more wary about stepping into one of these vehicles?
