Then why do you have 4 points in anticipation? That's a tank talent only. You receive no benefit as DPS.

If you want to stick with blood, I'd go with this: http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#jfVMVh0Icfkf0stZfzhhxc:IpGMmV

Personally, I'm having a ton of fun with Frost DW, but that would require new weapons ;)

EDIT: It seems most servers are up! (Including Burning Legion, amazingly enough )

I think he meant to say not illegal in a law sense.

However technically when you come right down to it, I do believe it would be deemed illegal. Mainly because you subscribe to the game, you don't actually own any rights to the game. Selling gold is technically selling something that isn't your and could be argued as copyright infringement.

There is a reason eBay stopped allowing the sale of gold/items/accounts for MMORPGs some years back.

it doesn't work like that, you can't be charged for CRI for selling gold, your misusing THEY'RE product and THEY'RE eula, its not the law, they can say that gold selling is legal and then it wouldn't be a "Legal" felony by what you say, and that simply doesn't make sense.

trading game currency is by no means a copyright infringement, registering worldofwarcrafthelp.com is copyright infringement.

I'm thinking of playing WoW again, but 1. i don't want to get addicted 2. Because you all are definitely not on my old server i would have to remake my 70 priest (or try a shaman like i've always wanted to) but hell... i don't want to level up all that again i don't think. I see used copies of WoTLK on Amazon, could i purchase one of those or do i need to have a new copy because of the CD key for my account or what not; not sure if i'm going to play.. so divided!

1 - No one gets addicted they just have no self control. Set limits, log off when you hit that timer or set up parental controls.

2 - Could migrate the priest to a popular realm, will cost you but that's the price of not having to level (which is MUCH faster than it use to be). If you haven't bought WoTLK yet then yes you need to buy a copy of the expansion too, make sure it's new and the key is not used.

I don't mean literally addicted, it was hard enough for me to put it down the first time, i don't want to like it again haha.

Not sure if i want to spend the money to migrate my priest, healing doesn't seem fun in the new places, i would rather be doing something cool.. like flinging a ton of fireballs.

I want my ghoul.. I want to see if I can get the ghoul in there because it might give me more dps.

Well people run numbers on these things all the time, and the build I linked is the top DPS blood build. You can go unholy if you really want your ghoul, but otherwise you're wasting points on it.

This is all based on DPS output. If you're having fun with your current build and you don't want to lose your ghoul, then don't listen to me. But if we're talking pure DPS, go with the build I linked.

First day with my build and I've got to tell you, my build, works wonders for what I what I need it for.

Until I make my Worgen.. :)

Once again, if you're having fun, stick with it as that's what a game is all about. But, just to let you know your potential, you could be doing an additional 600 DPS at least by just going with the build I linked. I put them both into Rawr, a program that simulates & calculates potential DPS output based on gear, spec, glyphs, etc.

It wouldn't hurt to try it out and see how you like it, IMO. It's always fun to be higher on the DPS charts and, in turn, contribute more to the raids... At least for me.

I dont know the term for it but gold selling isnt illegal. However, gold sellers are breaking Blizzards licence and profiting from it, so while gold sellers wont go to jail for.. Blizzard can/might bring a civil law suit against them.

(If you're selling gold just once and not a big company, the worse thats going to happen is your account is closed).

Arnt they the same thing, if when playing or doing something.. you cant control when to stop :)

either way, while WoW isnt physically addictive, its pretty easy to get mentally addicted to it especially if you raid.. As then you have a huge social pressure on you from within your guild to always be there (As they cant raid without you and need you).

I can quiet happily say that for the 12months i played WoW, I was extremly addicted to hardcore raiding. Vanilla WoW and in some parts of TBC.. If you was a certain class and in a hardcore guild.. If you didnt turn up, your guild would either severly struggle or wouldnt raid at all.

Legal or not, buying gold in general is just stupid. First off, you're supporting these jerks in their effort to invade the games you play and ruin the experience for you. Secondly, much of the gold comes from hijacked accounts and/or exploitation through botting or simply doing what can't be done under normal circumstances. Lastly, it's not unheard of that many of these sites aren't even there to sell gold, but for the most part, simply to hijack your account.

All in all, it's a sketchy thing to mess with. Highly suggest anyone to stay away from it, regardless of whether it's technically legal or not. If you don't care about what I've said above though, just know that your account will probably be banned for it anyhow so...

It's too easy to get gold anyway these days. You can make ~400 a day through Icecrown dailies alone. Not to mention most people ding 80 before they finish questing in Northrend, so if you finish them all off you'll make a good amount there too.

Sure, it would be nice to have a few thousand instantly, but you can get there with only a week's worth of dailies & heroics.

I need some help.

I can connect to my wireless and play wow when I have my router set to 802.11b, but in 25 mans I'll get dc'd sometimes cause I only connect at 11mb in b.

If I change my router to 802.11g, I connect to my network at 54mb but I cant load into wow without getting disconnected.

Any help would be amazingly helpful.

I've made 10k (2.5 through luck) gold in the past couple weeks, it a good excuse anymore to not have at least 1k gold lol. And i wasnt farming either!

Try messing with the channel settings for your router. Some channels work better than others depending on the environment. Chances are it's just not getting a stable signal.

Any of you guys seen some of the new Tier 10 sets they released?

Death Knight - Druid - Hunter - Rogue - Warrior

Personally, I find them to be quite underwhelming. The rogue one looks like it had the greatest potential to be good, but looks more like a diver than anything imo. Can't help but think they were playing Metal Gear Solid also when they went to design it. :p
