Sony PSP

I got mine because I was just going to get a portable DVD player, but then I saw that a PSP could play movies, and more, with such a small size! I got mine and love it!

The only complaint I have so far is the screen gets washed out -very- easily in sunlight. But, the one DS I saw did the same, so I don't think we can complain much.

I don't have a single dead or stuck pixel either (first try), so perhaps the newer lots have less issues? No loose L1 button (or whatever it is called), and the square one feels fine.

Mainly I just wish memory stick prices were more reasonable.

Anyhow I was wondering what people think about the game Dynasty Warriors. I've been playing the series for a long time and have enjoyed. When I looked around online many people said that the graphics really sucked and that the gameplay was bad.  :crazy: 

I also wanted to know how much it related to Dynasty Warriors 3 and if the story is somewhat the same. If it is then I won't even bother.

From reading Dazzla's review I'm looking at Ridge Racer and many other people are as well  :D.

It would also be nice if anyone could tell me things that they don't like the PSP, except the dead pixel problem (I'm so tired of hearing it!!!)

Thank you for the response, the DS and the PSP actually have the same type of screen so therefore the effect on them in sunlight is almost if not exactly the same.

I don't know if the newer versions of the PSP have less problems, however going to www.epinions.com led me to believe that it's still an issue since some of the newer reviews still mention some issues with the system.

Also since there is one left shoulder button and one right shoulder button, well I guess it's just L and R. Anyhow that's good to hear, some people thought that the square button stuck up to far for some reason.

I also hope that the memory card prices drop so that they're closer to people's price ranges.

Change the month in your date. So far that is the only way (if you mean the currently green colour).

It changes each month [unfortunately].

You get a one year one with it (from Sony). Most stores offer an extended one. For example, I got mine at Circuit City... $50 for a 2 year extended warranty.

Yeah, stores don't have a psp-specific warranty. They just sell you their product replacement plan or whatever. Best Buy was like $40, but I dont know if that was 1 or 2 years. And CC had a better return policy anyway.
