Check the DLL file in C:\Windows\System32\MSVBVM60.DLL reads at least "6.0.97.82" as the version. Ive now recompiled the installer to ignore the version, like it always did before this installer did.

Check the DLL file in C:\WIndows\System32\FM20.DLL reads at least "11.0.5207.4" as the version.

I thought i had the latest version :huh:: . I think i shouldnt bother checking the DLL file versions, as im sure MS will release newer versions in time. The newer installer will now ignore DLL versions. It was an attempt to try and squash the System Error messages people have been suffering of.

I had the FM20.DLL Version 11.0.5601.0

then I Installed the version you provided.. 11.5601.0 and the same error.. :cry:

Well now I downloaded the new file, and installed Nexus, but the same error as before on start.. &H8007007E (-2147024770)...

I checked Internet for this issue, and nothing more that what you've found... the Super Utilities did nothing on my machine.. :| the same error comes.

Then I tried some advices about registering some dlls and ocxs but nothing happens. I'll keep you informed. :yes: :)

I had the FM20.DLL Version 11.0.5601.0

then I Installed the version you provided.. 11.5601.0 and the same error..  :cry:

Ensure you are downloading it again, and not just re-running the installer. Ive updated the installer another time...

the &H8007007E (-2147024770) problem is because some of the programs required ocxs or dlls are missing in the PC, the most common is the COMDLG32.OCX and the MSWINSCK.OCX .

But it's also related with some controls in vb6 and .net ...

What controls are you using??

Installer works fresh install. Not had Nexus on for along time. Got a "error 99" at first but worked when I tried it a 2nd time. Should be nice when it's finished.

ok, installer works but executing nexus brings nothing.....never show up
