Would You Switch Back to IE7?

im obviously gonna try it. but i cant knock it until i have. so ill give it a good week test, and see how bad ad-aware gets. if i dont like it, im back to firefox.

I'd only switch back to IE if they improved their standards support. And about security, I hope they do well, but I think that a safe computer is 30% software, 70% user sensibility.

i still use IE coz Firefox doesn't display lot of sites that i visit regularly correctly (like ebay)

Maybe. I like Firefox, but it still is buggy. I like IE, but it doesn't support standards. Then again, it's just a browser...

depends if IE7 has the features I use (middle click tabs/intregation of right click menu/adblock) etc. and also, most importantly, if it is lighter than firefox. I like firefox but how light resources usage is the most important thing. shame ff is a bit buggy.

I only use Firefox right now, but if IE7 proves to be half decent, I may start using it again on occasion..

I'm using Maxthon at the moment. I probably will go to IE7 when it comes out.

IE is sometimes faster for me, but right now I am using Firefox becuase it looks prettier. I don't give a damn about standards. All except the most complicated of pages turns out fine for me on both browsers.

IE does what I need it to do... I haven't really encountered any major problems.

I use FireFox sometimes. Depends on what I'm doing. I would use IE7. But also use FireFox at the same time.

ummmm.....the spyware, adware and all the other bullshiit scripts that Microsoft fails to make its products immune to regardless of the almost monthly windows updates which are mostly security fixes for IE. That is just sad and the fact that it pleagues your computer like that makes me want to get rid of IE even more. Recompiling the windows code after my buddy and I get rid of IE and modify it is my next goal. Heck I may even give it away so others shall enjoy a IE free windows, thats if windows will work without IE. I've said it b4 and I'll say it again, GET FIREFOX!

Or you could run Firefox or Opera and save your system the trouble of running malware blockers alongside your browser.
