@alex: I'm using a soundpack called Wurt for Miranda-IM.

I find it pretty nice and simple, not annoying like other messenger sounds.

There are sounds for every sound events in the Wurt pack.

Need a little help,

I am unable to get clist_nicer+ (0.7.2) to load. It shows up in plugins, I check it, it unchecks classic, i restart miranda, and classic has renabled its self and nicer is unchecked. Cant seem to find anything on google about it. Any help would be great, thanks!

I'm a newbie to Miranda and all its customization possiblities. Ive got IEview to work but can't get any smileys going in my chat windows. I have the smileyadd plugin, it even gives me a button in the chat window to choose a smiley but when i send it, all is see is the text alternative of the smiley....any tips?

It's not really transparent. Hej ust uses the same background that he does for a wallpaper.

smileys are tango smileys on miranda-im.org site.

you dont touch the css file to modify the backround. There should be a folder called images and there should be the backrounds in there. Just open up the .jpeg in photoshop and drag whatever wallpaper or image you want in over the original layer
